/admin/user: Update a user's profile.
POST/admin/user
What
Updates a user's display name, authorization level, and/or avatar image.
All fields except UserId are optional — only the fields provided will be changed.
Who
Account administrators of the account (and higher).
Login
Login or API key (both allowed).
⚠️ Authorization level
The caller cannot assign an authorization level higher than their own. Attempting to do so results in a 403 Forbidden response.
