What
Creates or updates a payment plan for an account starting at a given time.

Who
Tenant admins of the tenant owning the account (and higher). A start time in the past and a price below 0.50 both require Shigoto permissions.

Login
Login or API key (both allowed; past edits and prices below the minimum require Shigoto).
