Welcome to the Shigoto documentation. This guide helps administrators and operators deploy, configure, and run Shigoto in their environment.

What is Shigoto?

The modern workplace runs on efficiency. Shigoto makes use of the devices already present in your office, so there is no need for additional hardware investments. Its intelligent software captures workplace presence automatically — without any extra sensors — bringing the era of complex hardware solutions to an end.

How does it work?

Shigoto integrates with your existing booking systems to enable seamless workplace reservation. Bookings are made directly through those systems, with Shigoto providing the interface.

Alternatively, Shigoto can run in first-come, first-served mode using the Capture & Signage module. In this mode, users see in real time through the Shigoto Hub whether a workplace is available or occupied — no prior reservation required.

The full API reference is available from the API tab at the top of the page. It supports extensive and complex automation whenever you need it.
